* Add widget for calibre-web with reverse-proxy auth

* Add custom proxy

* Get it working

* Fix lint issues

* Calibreweb widget: Handle empty series / authors / books

* Switch to new opds stats endpoint

* Remove calibre-web custom proxy handler
